儿童哮喘IL-4、IFN-γ与总IgE关系的研究

摘　　要：目的考察儿童哮喘IL-4、IFN-γ与总IgE的相关性。方法采用了双抗体夹心ELISA法、免疫比浊法对60例支气管哮喘儿童(观察组)与30例无气喘与特异体质住院的支气管炎、支气管肺炎儿童(对照组)的血清IL-4、IFN-γ与总IgE含量进行测定并分析。结果观察组IL-4、总IgE水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而IFN-γ水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),组间差异具有统计学意义,直线回归分析结果显示,观察组IL-4与总IgE表现为正相关(r=0.884,P<0.01),IFN-γ与总IgE表现为负相关(r=0.759,P<0.01);对照组IL-4与总IgE表现为正相关(r=0.887,P<0.01),IFN-γ与总IgE表现为负相关(r=0.741,P<0.01)。结论早期就儿童血清IL-4、IFN-γ以及IgE水平实施监测对防治无气喘与特异体质的支气管炎、支气管肺炎向哮喘发展具有十分重要的临床意义,而通过研发改善Th1/Th2平衡的新型免疫调节剂是治疗儿童哮喘的可靠方法。Objective To investigate childhood asthma IL-4,IFN-γ and total IgE correlation.Method Using double antibody sandwich ELISA assay,immune turbidimetry on 60 cases of bronchial asthma in children（observation group） and 30 cases of normal bronchial pneumonia in children（control group）.Serum IL-4,IFN-γ and total IgE concentrations were determined and analyzed.Results In the observation group,IL-4,total IgE levels were significantly higher than that in control group（P0.01）,and the levels of IFN-γ were significantly lower than those in control group（P0.01）,difference has statistical significance,linear regression analysis showed that,the observation group IL-4 and total IgE showed positive correlation（r=0.884,P0.01）,IFN-γ total IgE showed negative correlation（r=0.759,P0.01）;the control group IL-4 and total IgE showed positive correlation（r=0.887,P0.01）,IFN-γ and total IgE showed negative correlation（r=0.741,P 0.01）.Conclusion Early children＇s serum IL-4,IFN-γ and IgE level implementation of monitoring on the prevention and treatment of bronchiolitis to asthma development has very important clinical significance,and through the development of improved Th1/Th2 equilibrium model of immune modulators is a reliable method for the treatment of asthma in children.
