摘　　要：目的制备丹皮酚巴布剂,并建立其质量控制方法。方法以外观、初黏力、剥离强度为考察指标,考察丹皮酚的加入量、基质的黏度、混合温度、搅拌时间的影响,设计正交试验优化丹皮酚巴布剂制备工艺,并对其进行含量测定。结果所制得的丹皮酚巴布剂为微黄色膏体,且含量合格。结论该制备工艺可行,所制得的巴布剂可反复使用,携带方便。Objective To prepare the paeonol cataplasm,and to establish its quality control methods.Methods According to the appearance,initial adhesion and peeling strength,we studied on the influence of paeonol content,matricx viscosity,mixing temperature and mixing time to optimize the preparation of paeonol cataplasm by the orthogonal design,and determined the content.Results The paeonol cataplasm is yellowish and the content is qualified.Conclusion The preparation process is feasible.The cataplasm can be repeatedly used and carried easily.
