复方冬眠灵在救治重症手足口病中的应用

摘　　要：目的应用复方冬眠灵救治重症手足口病,降低危重症发生率,提高抢救成功率。方法将80例重症手足口病患儿随机分为两组。对照组应用传统降温方案治疗,观察组加用复方冬眠灵(盐酸异丙嗪和盐酸氯丙嗪的复方制剂)治疗。比较两组患儿发热缓解的平均时间、神经系统症状好转时间、临床痊愈时间及危重症发生率。结果观察组发热缓解时间、神经系统症状好转时间、临床治愈时间均与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。复方冬眠灵组疗效优于传统物理降温组。结论应用复方冬眠灵辅助救治重症手足口病可降低患儿体温、基础代谢及脑组织耗氧量,增强患儿对缺氧的耐受能力,减轻机体对伤害及刺激的反应,从而有利于机体度过危险期,有助于脑水肿的防治和脑功能的恢复。Objective Application of the compound hibernate spirit treatment of severe hand,foot and mouth disease,reduce the incidence of critically ill,and improve the success rate of rescue.Methods 80 patients with severe hand,foot and mouth disease patients randomly divided into two groups.Control group used the traditional cooling solution treatment,observation group add a compound hibernate spirit（promethazine hydrochloride and chlorpromazine hydrochloride in compound preparation） treatment.Compared between the two groups of children with fever ease the average time,nervous system symptoms improved time,clinical recovery time and the incidence in crises.Results The observation group heating ease time,nervous system symptoms improved time,clinical cure time and control group were significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion The application of the compound hibernate spirit in treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease can reduce temperature,basic metabolism and brain tissue oxygen consumption,enhance children tolerance to oxygen ability,reduce the damage and stimulation to the reaction,so as to facilitate the body through the crisis,which is helpful to the prevention and control of cerebral edema and recover brain function.
