中药治疗艾滋病相关瘙痒性丘疹性皮疹26例

摘　　要：目的观察养血润肤汤治疗艾滋病相关瘙痒性丘疹性皮疹(HIV-PPE)的临床疗效,并分析其对患者生存质量的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的53个病人随机分为治疗组(26人)和对照组(27人)。治疗组采用糠酸莫米松霜联合养血润肤汤治疗,对照组采用糠酸莫米松霜治疗。疗程四周。分别使用HIV-PPE临床表现量化表、中医症候观察表、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)和WHO-QOL-HIV生存质量量表观察HIV-PPE病人的临床症状、中医症候和生活质量变化。结果在改善皮肤临床症状方面:治疗组总有效率为92.3%,对照组总有效率76.67%。在改善中医症候方面:治疗组总有效率为96.2%,对照组总有效率77.78%。治疗前后两组患者DLQI积分变化分别是治疗组(9.23±2.78、7.26±2.75),对照组(8.98±2.32、7.33±2.49)。结论养血润肤汤对HIV-PPE(血虚风燥型)有明确的治疗作用。患者的临床症状、体征得到明显改善。Objectives To observe the clinical effect of Yangxuerunfutang to HIV-pruritic popular eruption（HIV-PPE）, and analyse the influence of Yangxuerunfutang to the life quality of HIV-PPE.Methods 53 patients according with inclusion criteria were divided randomly into the test（26 cases）and the control（27cases）.The Mometasone Furoate Cream and Yangxuerunfutang was used in the test.Mometasone Furoate Cream was used in the control.Course of treatment is 4 weeks.The clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms and life quality of HIV-PPE were observed respectively by HIV-PPE clinical symptom scale ,TCM symptom scale, DLQI and WHOQOL-HIV.Results The total effective rate of the test and The control are respectively 92.3% and 76.67% in the aspect of improving dermatic clinical symptoms .The total effective rate of the test and the control are respectively 96.2% and 77.78% in the aspect of improving TCM symptoms. The change of DLQI score before and after treatment are respectively the test（9.35±2.86、7.36±2.93）,the control（8.98±2.32、7.33±2.49）.Conclusions Yangxuerunfutang has definite curative effect on HIV-PPE（Xuexufengzao）.The clinical symptoms and signs of patients were improved obviously.
