亚低温治疗对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血清MMP-9水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察选择性头部亚低温疗法对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿血清MMP-9水平的影响。方法将40例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿随机分为常规组和亚低温组,并选取20例正常新生儿做为对照组。常规组给予常规治疗;亚低温组在常规治疗的基础上给予亚低温治疗。分别于生后第一天、第三天、第七天取血,检测MMP-9的水平。结果常规组血清MMP-9水平均较正常组显著升高(P<0.01),且常规组血清MMP-9水平有3天到达高峰后下降的趋势。亚低温组血清MMP-9水平均较常规组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿血清MMP-9水平明显升高,而亚低温治疗可以有效降低血清MMP-9水平。Objective To observe the effect of elective cephalic hypothermia in treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy on serum MMP-9 levels.Methods 40 children with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into the routine groups and the hypothermia groups.We Chose 20 normal neonates into the normal groups.The routine treatment group was given routine treatment.The hypothermia group was given routine treatment combine with elective cephalic hypothermia treatment. We determined the level of MMP-9 at 1, 3, 7d after birth. Results The levels of MMP-9 were significantly higher in the routine groups than the normal groups （P0.01）. The levels of serum MMP-9 reach the peak in 3d then decline. The levels of MMP-9 were significantly lower in the routine groups than the hypothermia groups （P0.01）.Conclusion The serum MMP-9 levels significantly increased in neonatal HIE. The elective cephalic hypothermia treatment can effectively reduce the release of MMP-9.
