摘 要:本文对中医食疗学与中医药膳学两门课程在概念、内容、发展简史、应用原则、药性理论、禁忌、配伍理论、治法理论、分类、食物原料内容等方面的重复进行了详细对比、阐述,提出了解决对策,即将中医食疗学与中医药膳学的内容重新整合,编写《中医药膳食疗原料学》和《中医药膳食疗学》两本新的教材。Some repeated contents between two courses, dietetic therapy in traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicinal diet, are compared in this manuscript. These repetitions are mainly on the concept, content, brief history, application princeple, pharmacological potency, contraindications, compatibility, classification and raw material of the two courses. These repetitions are compared and analyzed in detail. Furthermore, some solutions for these repetitions are given. We suggested to integrate the two course into two new courses: Raw Material in Traditional Chinese Medicinal Diet and Dietetic Therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
