痰热清注射液联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年性肺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨痰热清注射液联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将辉县市人民医院2008年10月至2011年10月收治的92例老年性肺炎患者随机分为两组，对照组46例在常规治疗的基础上给予左氧氟沙星治疗，治疗组46例在对照组治疗的基础上加用痰热清注射液治疗，两组疗程均为7—10d。结果治疗组的总有效率为95．7％，对照组为80．4％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论痰热清注射液联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年性肺炎的疗效确切，能快速改善临床症状，且不良反应少．值得临床借鉴。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of tanreqing injection combined with levofloxacin in treatment of senile pneumonia. Methods Ninety-two cases of senile pneumonia pa- tients in People＇s Hospital of Huixian from October 2008 to October 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases of control group was taken levofloxacin based on routine treatment, 46 cases of treatment group combined with phlegmy heat treatment tanreqing injection based on the control group, two groups＇ course were 7 - 10 d. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.7%, the control group was 80. 4% , two groups compared had significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Both groups had no ob- vious adverse reaction. Conclusions Tanreqing injection and levofloxacin combination therapy of senile pneumonias has definite effect, can quickly improved clinical symptoms, and fewer side effects, and clin- ical using for reference.
