摘  要:利用浇铸法制备了MgO-Al2O3-SiO2微晶玻璃。采用示差扫描量热法(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析方法,研究玻璃组成中Na2O对MgO-Al2O3-SiO2(MAS)系统微晶玻璃的高温粘度、结构与析晶性能的影响。结果表明,掺入Na2O后MAS微晶玻璃高温粘度有明显的降低,并且随着掺入量的增加玻璃的粘度逐渐降低。随着Na2O掺入量的增加,玻璃熔体的熔制温度从A0的1 552℃逐步降低到1 494℃。未掺Na2O的MAS微晶玻璃主晶相为颗粒状α-堇青石相,掺入后的微晶玻璃全部析出柱状镁橄榄石相。MgO-Al2 O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics were prepared by cast method. The crystallization properties and high- temperature viscosity of the samples were investigated by DTA, XRD, SEM and high-temperature viscosity. The results show that, compared with glass A0 (free of Na2 O), the high-temperature viscosity of Na20 mixed glasses significantly reduced, viscosity gradually reduced with the content of Na20. With the increasing of Na2 O, the melting temperature of the glass melt was reduced gradually. The main phase of glass ceramics free of Na20 was cccordierite phase and glass ce- ramics mixed with Na2 O was Forsterite phase.
