椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠的合成和性能分析

摘  要:以羟乙基磺酸作为催化剂,椰子油酸和羟乙基磺酸钠为原料,制备椰油基酸羟乙基磺酸钠(SCI)。通过正交实验法考察了原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对合成反应的影响,最优条件为:n(椰子油酸)∶n(羟乙基磺酸钠)=1.2∶1,反应温度155℃,反应时间3h,产品外观为白色粉末,活性含量达60%。通过红外光谱法对产品进行鉴定,用气相色谱法测定其碳链分布,对产品进行性能分析,其常温下表面张力和临界胶束浓度分别为33.71mN/m和2.37×10-3 mol/L,发泡力为173mm。In the presence of isethionic acid catalyst, synthesis of sodium cocoyl isethionate(SCI) from coconut acid and sodium isethionate was discussed. The influence of material molar ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time reaction was discussed by orthogonal experiment. The optimum reaction conditions is n(coconut acid) : n(sodium isethionate)= 1.2 : 1, reaction temperature 155 ℃ and reaction time 3 h. The product is white powder, the content of SCI in the prod- uct is 60%. The product was identified by infrared spectroscopy, the carbon chain distribution of product was determined by gas chromatography purity. The experimental results show that the surface tension of the product is 33. 71 mN/m, and the critical micelle concentration is 2.37 X 10-3 mol/L, the foam force of the product is 173 mm at ambient tempera- ture.
