摘 要:为了提高集装箱堆场场桥作业量分布的均衡性,进而提高作业人员任务分配的均衡性和作业资源的利用率,提出集装箱堆场箱区场桥均衡作业的调度问题。根据集装箱场桥作业特点及其关联性,以集装箱堆场箱区作业箱量均衡和作业时间均衡两个均衡调度为目标,建立了集装箱堆场箱区场桥均衡调度模型,并设计遗传算法求解。通过设计均衡度评价指标,对不同均衡目标与所得方案效果之间的关系进行分析,得到均衡度改善的比率。最后通过输入场桥数量参数的变化得出场桥数量与均衡性之间的关系,为场桥配置与调度工作提供理论依据。In order to improve the balance degree of container yard crane operations and operators, and then to increase the utilization rate of operation resources, a yard crane scheduling problem was proposed to balance yard cranes for blocks. According to the characteristics of operations and relationship among them, a container yard crane scheduling model was built to balance the quantities of yard cranes and operational time between blocks. A genetic algorithm was de- signed to solve the model. Through the design of assessment criteria of balance degree, the balance degree that was the most improved was obtained by analyzing the relationship between equilibrium goal and its solutions. Finally, through changing the input of yard crane quantity, the relationship between the quantity of yard cranes and balance degree was found, which provided theoretical basis for determining the quantities of container yard cranes and scheduling container yard cranes
