摘 要:上横山钒矿属于典型的缓倾斜多层难采矿体,复杂的地质条件使其采矿方法难以选择。本文分析了比较类似矿山常规开采方法的适用性及优缺点,并结合上横山钒矿赋存条件,提出一种分层连续分采嗣后充填采矿的开采方案。经探讨研究此开采方案采矿工艺一系列流程,并分析开采适用效果,得出结论:该方法应用于上横山钒矿山开采在理论上可加强采场地压管理控制、降低矿石损失贫化、改善采场安全作业环境、降低充填成本,具有可行性且安全高效、经济合理。此采矿方法对上横山缓倾斜多层矿体安全高效开采具有一定的借鉴指导意义,为类似矿产资源的开发利用提供理论依据。The gently inclined multilayer vanadium orebody in ShangHengshan is regarded as typical hard-to-mine ore body.The complicated geological conditions make it difficult to choose mining method.The applicability,advantages and disadvantages of mining method about similar mines are analyzed and compared.Combined with the occurrence conditions in ShangHengshan vanadium mine,an mining scheme about the slice continuous mining respectively backfilling is proposed.A series of mining process are studied and the applicable effect is analyzed.The results showed that the method could enhance the stope ground pressure management.The ore loss rate and ore dilution rate are reduced.The work environment of mining stope are improved.The filling cost is reduced.This method can be applied with safety and high productivity and economical rationality,which doesn't only have a certain draw instructive for the gently inclined multilayer vanadium orebody in Shanghengshan,but also provide theoretical basis for the mining of similar mineral resources.
