摘  要:本试验旨在探讨乳酸菌的代谢产物对肉仔鸡肠道菌群和血清抗氧化指标的影响。将300只1日龄健康肉仔鸡随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡,Ⅰ组为空白对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在饮水中添加不同含量(1、2、3mL/d.只)的乳酸菌代谢产物,Ⅴ组在饮水中添加氟苯尼考,分别抽样测定其直肠前端肠段内容物菌群的数量和血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。结果表明,乳酸菌代谢产物组与对照组比较增加了肠道乳酸菌的数量,同时显著地降低了肠道内大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的数量(P<0.05);并且一定剂量的乳酸菌代谢产物能显著提高肉仔鸡血清中SOD、GSH-Px的活性,明显提高了机体的抗氧化机能,增强了肉仔鸡的抗病力。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Lactobacillus metabolites on the intestinal mi- croflora and serum anti-oxidative indices of broilers.Three hundred 1-day-old broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates of 20 chickens each.The group I was control group,the drinking water of groups II, Ili and IV were supplemented with 1,2 and 3 mL/day LactobaciEus metabolites.The group V were supplemented with tlorfenicol.The number of the intestinal microflora and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the serum were determined~ The results showed that,the lactobacillus metabolites could increase the number of Lactobacillus,and significantly decrease the num- ber Escherichia coli and Salmonella (P 〈 0.05).On the other hand,it could significantly increase the activity of SOD, GSH-Px in the serum, and improve anti-oxidation and the disease resistance in broiler.
