摘 要:针对战斗机新的技术和战术特点,建立了完备的战斗机空战效能评估指标体系。突出了战斗机的高机动性、强态势感知能力及优良的电子战能力,并给出了运用解析法计算各指标的公式。在分析战斗机空战效能评估方法的基础上,提出了一种基于S型曲线的参数可调的战斗机空战效能评估模型。将S型曲线中的一个参数作为可调参数,大大增强了评估模型的灵活性。利用该模型对F-16C使用数据链前后及3种机型的空战效能进行仿真评估,详细说明了可调参数的选取方法及该模型的应用。仿真结果表明,该模型灵活、有效,在评估过程简单可行的前提下增强了评估结果的可信度。Considering the new technical and tactical characteristics of the fighters, we established a comprehensive air combat effectiveness evaluation index system. The fighter's high mobility, strong situational awareness and excellent electronic warfare capability were highlighted, and the index calculation formulas were given using the analytical method. Based on the analysis to the fighter air combat effectiveness evaluation methods, an air combat effectiveness evaluation model with adjustable parameters based on S-shaped curve was put forward. A parameter in S-shaped curve was used as an adjustable parameter, which greatly enhanced the flexibility of the evaluation model. The air combat effectiveness of F-16C before and after using date link and the operational effectiveness of three types of fighter were analyzed, and the method for selecting the adjustable parameters and the application of the model were given. The simulation results showed that the model is flexible and effective, which can enhance the credibility of the evaluation results while the evaluation process is simple and feasible.
