摘 要:首先阐明飞行模拟器的工作原理,根据系统计算机给出的3个轴向过载和3个角加速度,建立模型计算得到模拟座舱的位置坐标和姿态角信息,然后对系统进行分析,设计洗出环节,建立矢量算法数学模型,解算出液压作动筒的变化长度,通过伺服系统驱动和控制飞行模拟器的运动。由于模拟座舱不可能达到真实飞机的过载,引入限幅环节以保证飞行器在机动时的过载感觉。模型设计和算法设计已经通过测试,并且在实际应用中得到验证,可以满足系统需求,具有良好的控制效果。The working principle of the flight simulator was described. The forming filter models were established to obtain the cockpit position coordinates and Euler angles based on the three axis overloads and three angle accelerations. The whole system was analyzed, the wash-out block was designed and the vector algorithm model was built up. The variation of hydraulic actuator length could be obtained and flight simulator could be driven and controlled through the servo block. Since the overloads of flight simulator could not reach the true aircraft level, thus a limiting unit was introduced. The model and algorithm given here has been verified through test and practical application, which have fine control effect and can satisfy the system requirements.
