摘 要:SRH液相循环加氢技术依靠液相产品大量循环时带进反应系统的溶解氢来提供新鲜原料进行加氢反应所需要的氢气,该技术反应部分不设置氢气循环系统,反应器出口增设高温高压循环油泵将反应产物循环至反应器入口,催化剂床层处于液相中,反应器结构与滴流床反应器相近。2009年10月29日,第一套柴油液相循环加氢装置在中国石油化工股份有限公司长岭分公司进行了首次工业试验。试验表明,该技术应用于喷气燃料加氢精制,喷气燃料产品能满足质量要求;在体积空速1.8 h-1,循环比2.27,反应器入口温度357℃条件下,加工常二线柴油时,产品的总硫质量分数可降至33μg/g,脱硫率达98.19%。The SRH liquid circulation hydrogenation process relies on dissolved hydrogen in circulation liquid to provide hydrogen required for the hydrogenation reaction of the fresh feedstock. In this process, hydrogen recycle system is not designed. HP & HT recycle oil pump is installed at the outlet of reactor to recycle the reaction effluent to the inlet of reactor. The catalyst bed is in liquid phase, and reactor construction is close to that of trickle bed reactor. On October 29,2009, the first commercial demonstration plant of SRH liq- uid circulation hydrogenation process was started up in SINIOPEC Changling Company. The demonstration results show that, when this process is adopted for treating jet fuel, the jet fuel can meet the required specifi- cations. When it is applied to hydrotreat atmospheric diesel at a volumetric space velocity of 1.8 h -1 , a circulation ratio of 2.27 and reactor inlet temperature of 357 ℃, the total sulfur of the product can be reduced to 33 μg/g and total sulfur removal rate is 98.45%.
