摘　　要：转化炉管受热后膨胀,伸出炉顶的转化炉管长度比冷态时大约增长0～230 mm,炉管需要隔热保温防止热量散失,炉顶管孔需要密封以防止冷空气侵入。硬密封无法满足炉管热胀冷缩的动态密封保温要求,可能导致热量损失及炉顶漏风、卡阻炉管自由伸缩等问题。软密封技术是解决问题的最佳方法。详细介绍了乙烯裂解炉的阻气袋技术、美国Flextech工程公司的FlextelTM转化炉管软密封套技术和中石化洛阳工程有限公司转化炉管软密封套专利技术,并分析了各自的优缺点。阻气袋中的耐高温密封布需从国外独家引进;FlextelTM软密封套随炉管冷缩后二次热胀自动再伸展能力不足;中石化洛阳工程有限公司的专利软密封套结构简单可靠,经济适用,可以随炉管自由伸缩。The reforming furnace tubes expand when heated. The extension of tubes is about 0 - 230 mm as compared with the furnace tube in cold state. The furnace tubes require heat insulation to prevent heat los ses. The tube hole at the top of furnace has to be sealed to prevent the cold air from coming in. The use of hard seal can not meet dynamic sealing insulation requirements of tubes which expand in hot state and contract in cold state, will lead to heat loss and air leaking and affect the free extension and contracting of furnace tubes. Whereas, soft seal provides a good solution. Here described in detail are the choke bag technology for ethylene cracker, FlextelTM soft seal set technology of Fextech, U. S. A for reforming furnace and soft seal set technology of SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation for reforming furnace, and their re spective advantages and disadvantages are studied. The heatresistant cloth in choke bag has to be imported from overseas vendors. The soft seal set of Fextech can not expand sufficiently after cold contraction of tubes. The soft seal set of SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation, which is simple in construc tion, reliable in operation and low in price, can extend and contract freely with the furnace tubes.
