围手术期护理在老年直肠癌患者腹腔镜手术中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期护理在老年直肠癌患者腹腔镜手术中的作用。方法选取我院2008年5月至2010年7月收治的老年直肠癌患者79例,所有患者均行腹腔镜手术治疗,治疗前后给予全面围手术期护理,观察护理效果。结果患者治疗前SAS及SDS评分分别为(62.5±8.7)和(17.1±3.2)分,治疗后为(48.6±5.0)和(13.5±1.9)分,焦虑及抑郁情况明显改善;术后共出现43例并发症,并发症发生率为54.4%,平均下床活动时间为27.6h,胃肠功能恢复时间为71.0h,住院时间为145.2h。结论围手术期护理可加强腹腔镜手术创口小、恢复快的优点,并有效降低患者并发症发生率,作用效果显著,临床应用前景广阔。Objective To explore the effect of perioperation nursing of laparoscopic operation in the elderly patients with rectal cancer.Methods From May 2008 to July 2010 in our hospital,collected 79 cases of aged patients with rectal cancer receiving laparoscopic operation treatment,after treatment to give comprehensive perioperative nursing,observed the nursing effect.Results Before treatment in the patients with SAS and SDS scores were（62.5±8.7）and（17.1±3.2）,after treatment the score were（48.6±5.0）and（13.5±1.9）,anxiety and depression improved significantly;postoperative complications were found in 43 cases,complications of total occurrence rate is 54.4%,the mean bed activity time is 27.6 h,gastrointestinal function recovery time is 71 h,hospitalization time was 145.2h.Conclusions Perioperation period nursing of laparoscopic operation can enhance the small wound,quick recovery time,and reduce the complication incidence rate,obvious effect,with broad application prospect in clinic.
