5%咪喹莫特乳膏对激光术后女性尖锐湿疣患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨CO_2激光术后局部外用涂抹5%咪喹莫特乳骨对女性尖锐湿疣复发的影响。方法:选择2010年3月～2012年1月在我院进行CO_2激光术后的女性尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象,随机分成甲组、乙组和丙组,其中甲组91例,采用5%咪喹莫特乳膏涂抹病灶区,隔天一次;乙组82例,采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶,每天使用4次,甲乙两组疗程均为4周:丙组86例,单用CO_2激光治疗,治疗后三组均随访12周。结果:经过治疗后甲组、乙组、丙组治愈率分别是92.32%、76.83%、63.94%,复发率分别是7.68%、23.17%、36.06%,甲组治愈率明显高于乙组和丙组,复发率明显低于乙组和丙组,甲组与乙组和丙组治愈率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),乙组和丙组治愈率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),甲乙两组均有轻度的不良反应,对治疗无不良影响。结论:女性尖锐湿疣患者在施行CO_2激光术后给予局部皮损处及其周围涂抹5%咪喹莫特乳膏,可有效的降低尖锐湿疣的复发率,且不良反应少,并可耐受。Objectives： To investigate the effect of 5% imiquimod cream on the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum in women treated with CO2 laser surgery. Method ： We selected the women patients who were treated with CO2 laser surgery for their eondyloma acuminatum in our hospital from March 2010 to January 2012. They were randomly divided into three groups. Group A, consisting of 91 patients, were treated with 5% imiquimod cream every other day and the treatment lasted for 4 weeks. Group B, including 82 patients, were treated with recombinant human interferon a - 2 b gel four times a day and the treatment lasted for 4 weeks. The last group, group C, with 86 patients, were treated with CO2 laser surgery for 4 weeks. After the treatments, all patients were followed up for 12 weeks. Results： The curative rate of group A, B and C were respectively 92.32%, 76.83%, 63.94% , and the recurrence rate of group A, B and C were respectively 7.68% , 23.17% , 36.06%. Group A had a signifi- cantly higher curative rate than group B and C, and it had a significantly lower recurrence rate than the other two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The group B and C showed no statistical difference in the curative rates （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There were mild adverse reactions among the patients in group A and B, but they did not influence the efficacy. Conclusion： The therapy of 5% imiquimod cream can reduce the recurrence rate, enhance tolerance and cause fewer adverse reactions for women with CO2 laser surgery for their condyloma acuminatum.
