摘　　要：目的探讨兰州地区健康成人脉冲振荡肺功能正常参考值及预计值公式。方法对920例(男450例,女470例)健康成人进行脉冲振荡肺功能测定,求出脉冲振荡技术(IOS)各参数[呼吸总阻抗(Zrs)、总呼吸阻力(R5)、中心气道阻力(R20)、周边弹性阻力(X5)、共振频率(Fres)等]参考值范围,与国外推荐的预计值进行对比,并建立多元逐步回归方程。结果分别建立了男性及女性健康成人IOS主要参数(Zrs、R5、R20、X5、Fres)的预计值公式,IOS各参数实测值与国外推荐的正常值配对t检验结果均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论兰州地区健康成人脉冲振荡各参数参考值范围及预计值公式与国内、外有差异。建议各地区建构适合本地区自己的正常参考值及预计值公式。Objective To explore the reference values and predictive equations of IOS for healthy adults in Lanzhou.Methods To survey the pulmonary function by a impulse oscillometry in 920 healthy adults,so as to obtain the reference values and the predictive equations of IOS parameters.Results The predictive equations of IOS main parameters(Zrs、R5、R20、X5、Fres)have been set up for healthy males and females,paired t test between overseas predictive value and actual value in Lanzhou area indicates p<0.001.Conclusion The reference values and predictive equations of IOS for healthy adults in Lanzhou are different from those at home and abroad.It should be set up the predictive equations in different areas.
