摘 要:目的简介药物粒径缩小的意义及方法。方法检索相关文献,综述分析缩小药物粒径的方法或途径与意义。结果与结论药物微粉化是直接实现药物粒径缩小的方法,药物可通过流能磨、胶体磨及超微粉碎机制得微粉。另外,还有一些制剂新技术也可实现药物粒径缩小,如固体分散法、乳化法、脂质体法、微囊法、微球法、重结晶法等。药物粒径缩小与药物给药途径、生物利用度、体内分布等的密切相关,对缩小药物粒径的方法与途径进行研究具有重要意义。Objective To summarize the singnificane and methods of reducing medicine particle size.Methods To retrieve relevant literature and review the method and significance of reducing the medicine particle size.Results and Conclussion The medicine micronization os a direct method to reducing medicine particle size,and the medicine micro -powder can be receiveed by fluid energy mill,clloid mill and micro pulverizer.In addition,sone new pharmaceutical technologies can also reduce the medicine particle size,such as solid dispersion method ,emulsification method,liposomes method,microcystis method,microspheres method,recrystallization method and so on.Particle size diminution is a dey factor to determine the route of administration,the bioavailability,distribution of drug in the body and closely related to the clinical efficacy of the medicine.So exploring the ways or methods of reducing medicine particle size is very important.
