富林蜜凝胶治疗烧伤创面56例

摘　　要：目的观察富林蜜凝胶治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法选取医院收治的149例Ⅱ度烧伤患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组75例和对照组74例,观察组采用富林蜜凝胶治疗,对照组创面外用复方磺胺嘧啶锌涂膜治疗,每天换药1次,直至创面愈合。结果观察组创面愈合时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05),24 h内疼痛和渗出液消失的患者显著多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论富林蜜凝胶治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面疗效较满意,值得临床借鉴。Objective To observe flamigel in the clinical effects of treating II degree burn wounds. Methods Selecting admitted 149 patients with II degree burn, in accordance with the law of random numbers table were randomly assigned to observation group of 75 cases and control group 74 cases, flamigel in the treatment of observation group, and the control group using topical Compound Sulfadiazine Zinc Coating treatment, the dressing was changed every day until the wounds were healed. Results Wound healing time in observation group is significantly lower than the control groups（P 〈 0.05）; 24 h pain disappearance of observation group patients were more than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Flamigel in the treatment of partial thickness burn wound with more satisfactory efficacy, and clinical experience.
