摘  要:在MATLAB/Simulink环境下分别搭建了由双馈异步风电机组、普通异步风电机组和直驱永磁同步风电机组组成的单机无穷大系统,仿真得到了相同容量的3种风电机组在不同故障下的短路电流,分析了其短路特性及对所接入电网电流保护的影响。仿真结果表明,当外部短路故障相同时,普通异步风电机组短路电流对接入网冲击较大但衰减很快,双馈异步风电机组是否提供持续短路电流与其保护动作特性密切相关,直驱永磁同步风电机组可以提供持续的短路电流。针对不同风电机组的短路特性,提出了相应的保护配置方案及原则。In this paper, a single machine infinite bus system which respectively consists of the doubly fed induction wind turbines , induction wind turbines and direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous wind turbines are built in the MATLAB / Simulink environment. The short-circuit current of three kinds of wind turbines at the same capacity which under different faults are gotten through the simula- tion, their characteristics and influences of the current protection of power grid to which wind power connected are analyzed. The simulation results show that when the external short-circuit faults are the same, the normal induction unit short-circuit current has a greater impact on the grid but decays quickly, whether the doubly-fed units provide sustained short-circuit current has a close relation with the operating characteristics of the protection devices, direct drive unit can provide continuous short- circuit current. Aiming at the short-circuit characteristics of different kinds of wind turbines, protec- tion configuration programs and principles are put forward accordingly.
