摘 要:试验测定了沼液对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊幼虫取食和成虫产卵的驱避效果。结果表明,牛粪、猪粪和鸡粪沼液对迟眼蕈蚊幼虫和成虫均有明显的驱避活性。在幼虫非选择性试验中,牛粪沼液在处理2 min后驱避率较高,达到49.0%,猪粪、牛粪沼液在处理20 min后驱避率较高,分别达到50.5%和47.2%;牛粪、猪粪沼液在幼虫选择性试验中驱避率较高,分别达到54.3%和39.3%;猪粪、牛粪沼液在成虫产卵试验中的驱避率较高,分别达到55.7%和36.9%。Repellent effects of biogas slurry from different sources against the larvae and female adults of Bradysia odoriphaga were evaluated. The results indicated that biogas slurry from cattle, pig or chicken manure show obvious repellent activity. The repellent rates of biogas slurry of cattle manure were higher than others,which reach to 49.0% after 2 minutes in larvae non-choice tests. The repellent rates of biogas slurry from cattle and pig manure were 50.5% and 47.2% respectively, were higher than that from chicken after 20 minutes in larvae non-choice tests. The repellent rates of biogas slurry from cattle and pig manure were 54.3% and 39.3% respectively,higher than that from chicken in larvae choice tests.
