摘 要:为了给路面施工现场中矿质混合料级配提供参考,针对矿质混合料生产过程的特点,设计了一种基于光电成像的矿质混合料级配在线检测系统,该系统可全天候对生产现场的矿质混合料进行级配检测,为生产过程提供实时数据参考。在冷料仓下方的一、二级传送带之间架设光电成像装置,通过红外线激光器和高速线扫描CCD相机全天候获得稳定的矿料数字图像,利用光纤模块使图像数据远程传输至控制室端服务器,采用最小边界计算和尺寸特征计算的方法计算出当前时刻的矿质混合料级配,最后给出了不同环境下的实际级配数据与该系统检测出的级配数据,并进行了误差分析。结果表明:采用此种检测技术可以实现任意时刻的矿质混合料级配在线检测。In order to provide reference for mineral mixture gradation at road construction site and aimed at the characteristics of mineral mixture production process, the mineral mixture gradationon-line detection system based on the optoelectronics imaging was designed. This system can detect the mineral mixture gradation in all-weather conditions for the purpose of providing real-time data reference for production process. By setting up optoeleetronic imaging device under the cold storage bin between the first and the second level of the conveyor belt and through theinfrared laser and high-speed line scan CCD camera, stable mineral aggregate digital image in allweather conditions was obtained. Using optical fiber module, image data were transmitted to thecontrol room terminal server remotely, and using the minimum boundary calculation and size characteristics calculation method, the mineral mixture gradation of the current moment wascalculated. The actual gradation data and the detected gradation data by the system in the different environments were presented and the error analysis was performed. The results showthat the mineral mixture gradation online real-time detection can be achieved by using such detection technology at any time.
