摘  要:对重庆两江大桥不同开孔形式(苹果形、钥匙形和圆形)的正交异性板交叉细节疲劳行为进行了疲劳试验研究和有限元分析。结果表明:开口肋正交异性钢桥面板模型竖向和横向双轴疲劳试验中,在竖向荷载作用时,钥匙形开孔处比苹果形开孔处的桥面板和加劲肋应力大很多;在横向荷载作用时,钥匙形开孔处横隔板应力比苹果形开孔处大;其他情况下2种开孔形式应力分布基本一致;苹果形开孔相比于钥匙形和圆形开孔形式,其疲劳性能最优;建议开口肋正交异性板构造横隔板开孔形式采用苹果形。Experimental and numerical investigations were conducted to study the fatigue behavior of box-shaped orthotropic steel deck with different cut-out shapes (apple-shape, key-shape andcircle) in two bridges in Chongqing. The fatigue test was carried out under vertical and horizontal loading. The results show that the peak stress at deck and rib with key-shape is much bigger thanthat with apple-shape under vertical loading; the peak stress at crossbeam with key-shape exceeds that with apple-shape under horizontal loading; slight stress differences occur in other cases.Apple-shape cut-out gains the best fatigue performance compared with the key-shape and circular cut-out. Apple-shape cut-out is recommended for the design of orthotropic steel deck.
