摘 要:目的探讨花边莲提取液对复杂区域疼痛综合征1型(CRPS1)大鼠的治疗作用及其作为"激素节省剂"的作用机制。方法比较不同剂量糖皮质激素、花边莲及其联合治疗对CRPS1大鼠后足肿胀、疼痛、血清炎症因子巨噬细胞游走抑制因子(MIF)及MIF互变异构酶活性的影响。结果花边莲组可改善大鼠肢体疼痛、显著抑制MIF互变异构酶活性,轻度抑制血清MIF的分泌(P<0.05)。小剂量激素组对大鼠疼痛阈值无效,但联用花边莲后可有效改善大鼠疼痛阈值,且疗效与大剂量激素组相当。结论花边莲不仅具有一定抗炎镇痛作用且可作为激素增敏剂,增强小剂量激素对CRPS1的疗效,其机制通过抑制MIF互变异构酶活性,消除MIF对激素的拮抗作用,提高CRPS对激素的敏感性。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Huabianlian (HBL) extract on rats with type 1 complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS1) and the mechanism when it was used as glucocorticoid (GC) -sparing agent. Methods The influences of GC and HBL extract in different doses and combining treatment on hind leg swelling and pain, and activities of macrophage migration inhibiting factor (MMIF) and MIF tauromerase were compared in rats with CRPSI. Results In HBL group, hind leg pain was relieved, activity of MIF tauromerase was significantly inhibited, and secretion of serum MIF was slightly inhibited (P 〈 0.05). In low-dose GC group, the pain threshold had no changes in rats, but after combining HBL extract, the pain threshold was effectively improved and the curative effect was similar to that in high-dose GC group. Conclusion HBL extract has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects as well as can be used as GC sensitization agent for enhancing the curative effect of low-dose GC on CRPS1. ]'he mechanism may be related to that it ~:an eliminate the antagonism of MIF to GC and improve the sensitivity of CRPS to GC through inhibiting the activity of MIF tauromerase.
