摘　　要：应用结构金融产品促进资金向优势道路运输企业集中,对于推进道路运输企业规模化经营和跨越式发展,推动道路运输产业向现代物流业升级和实现可持续发展意义重大。针对将结构金融应用于道路运输产业的实施方案,运用规范研究与逻辑演绎相结合的研究方法,分别探讨结构金融应用于道路运输产业的实施思路和主导模式,并结合道路运输产业的运营与管理特点,提出结构金融产品应用的设计方案。The structured financial products help promote funds concentration on road transport enterprises with ad- vantages, which contributes much to the scale operation and leapfrog development of road transport enterprises, and to the upgrading and sustainable development of road transport industry towards modem logistics industry. Consider- ing an implementation solution to the structured finance applied in road transport industry, by means of the research method of integrating normative research with logical deduction, the paper tries to explore the implementation philos- ophy and dominant pattern of structured finance applied in road transport industry, and proposes a design for struc- tured finance product applications in the light of the characteristics of operation and management in road transport industry.
