Analysis of Pyrethroid Pesticides in Water Samples by Dispersive Liquid-liquid Microextraction Based on Solidification of Floating Organic Droplet

摘  要:[目的]建立漂浮固化分散液液微萃取测定水样中8种拟除虫菊酯类农药的分析方法。[方法]向水样中加入1-十二醇(萃取剂)和甲醇-乙腈(分散剂),涡旋离心后,于冰浴中浸泡,待1-十二醇凝固后转移,融化后进行气相色谱分析。[结果]方法线性范围在0.1~1.0μg/L之间,回收率为82.3%~99.1%,RSD均小于4.0%。富集倍数为586~1442倍。同时讨论了富集倍数与质量浓度之间的关系。[结论]该方法操作简单快速、灵敏度高,可满足水样中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的检测要求。[Aims] A simple dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction based on solidification of floating organic droplet method was developed for the determination of eight pyrethroid pesticides in water samples. [Methods] 1-Dodecanol (used as extractant) and methanol-acetonitrile (used as dispersive solvent) were rapidly injected into water sample. After vortexed and centrifugated, the water sample was cooled down in an ice bath till 1-dodecanol became solid and formed a small ball. Then the solidified 1-dodecanol phase was directly used for GC analysis after it melted. [Results] The linear range was from 0.1 to 1.0μg/L. The recoveries were from 82.3 to 99.1%, and the RSDs were less than 4.0%. The enrichment factors were from 586 to 1442 for eight analytes. The relationship between the enrichment factor and the concentration of anlytes was discussed. [Conclusions] The method was proved to be simple, fast, and precise to satisfy the requirements of the pyrethroid pesticides residual analysis.
