摘  要:[目的]准确评价拟除虫菊酯类农药在菜地使用后的生态环境安全性。[方法]借助气相色谱分析技术,研究并建立了3种拟除虫菊酯类农药(联苯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯)在菜地土壤中的定量分析方法。样品中的拟除虫菊酯类农药用丙酮提取,经石油醚萃取后,用气相色谱仪检测。[结果]当添加质量分数为0.05、0.10、0.50 mg/kg时,方法的最小检出量为5×10-11g,添加回收率为92.24%~108.77%,相对标准偏差为0.36%~6.42%。[结论]方法符合农药残留量分析与检测的技术要求。[Aims] In order to accurately assess the ecological environment safety of pyrethroid insecticides used in the vegetable garden. [Methods] The quantitative analysis method to three common pyrethroid insecticides (bifenthrin, fenvalerate, fluvalinate) in vegetable garden soil was researched and established with gas chromatography analysis technology. The pyrethroid pesticides in vegetable garden soil were extracted by acetone, re-extracted by petroleum ether and then detected by the gas chromatography with microelectronics capture detector. [Results] The result showed that the recoveries ranged from 92.24 to 108.77% at the spiked level of 0.05, 0.10, 0.50 mg/kg. The relative standard deviation was between 0.36 and 6.42% and the minimum detectable amount of this method was 5×10^11g. [Conclusions] This method could meet the technical requirements of the analysis and detection of pesticide residues.
