摘　　要：总结了文献报道的甲氧虫酰肼及其中间体的合成工艺路线和具体的合成方法。甲氧虫酰肼是由3,5-二甲基苯甲酸、3-甲氧基-2-甲基苯甲酸与叔丁基肼进行反应得到,主要有2条工艺路线。The synthetic method and detailed process of methoxyfenozide and its intermediates reported in the literature were summarized. There were two different processes to synthesis methoxyfenozide. It was prepared by the reaction of 3,5- dimethylbenzoic acid, 3-methoxy-2-methylbenzoic acid and tert-butylhydrazine.
