美国经济再平衡中的制造业复兴战略

摘　　要：全球不平衡发展模式主要来源于美国负债型的不平衡经济增长模式。2008年金融与经济危机后奥巴马政府推出的制造业振兴战略是美国走向再平衡发展的核心战略。通过观测美国经常账户逆差的调整与制造业复苏的现状,分析美国制造业振兴的基础可以看出,美国制造业复苏与经常账户再平衡调整正在同步进行,并向制造业长期复兴的趋势转换。The development model of global imbalances comes mainly from the United States balance-unbalanced economic growth mode.After the financial and economic crisis in 2008,Obama government launched the manufacturing revitalization strategy as the core strategy of the rebalance development in U.S.By observing the status quo of the adjustment of the U.S.current account deficit and the recovery in the manufacturing sector and analyzing the revitalization of the U.S.manufacturing base,we can see that the recovery in the U.S.manufacturing sector and the current account balance adjustment is carried out simultaneously,and to convert the long-term recovery of the manufacturing sector.
