摘 要:以E-51环氧树脂为基体,Fe78Si13B9粉体为吸波剂成功制备了性能优良的吸波复合材料板,并对其成型工艺以及性能指标进行了系统的研究。研究结果表明,所制备的梯度吸波复合材料板呈现出规整的铺层结构,各层间吸波剂含量分布均匀;复合材料具有优良的力学性能,测得其拉伸强度值为128.03MPa,弯曲强度值为253.04MPa;与此同时,测得吸波剂与环氧树脂不同质量比条件下所制得复合材料板的吸波性能,随着吸波剂含量的增加,反射衰减峰逐渐向低频偏移;当吸波剂与环氧树脂质量比为6∶1时,在2.7~18GHz很宽的频率范围内反射衰减均小于-4dB,表现出优良的吸波性能,从而为下一步的吸波复合材料设计提供有价值的参考。The absorbing composite panels with excellent properties were prepared successfully using E-51 epoxy resin as matrix and Fe78Si13B9 amorphous powder as absorbing agent.In addition,the molding technology and performance index were studied systematically.The results showed that the absorbing composite panel presented regular layer structures and the content of absorbing agent in every layer was distributed evenly.Meanwhile,the composite had good mechanical properties with the tensile strength 128.03MPa and bending strength 253.04MPa.Furthermore,the absorbing properties with different mass ratios of absorbing agent and epoxy resin were measured by vector network analyzer.It was shown that the reflection peaks shift gradually towards the low frequency.When the mass ratio of absorbing agent and epoxy resin was 6∶1,the absorbing properties demonstrate excellent in a large wide frequency range from 2.7 to 18GHz with the reflection values less than-4dB,which provides a valuable reference for the next absorbing compositions design.
