摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备了不同Zn2+掺杂量的Co1-xZnxFe2O4,研究了Zn2+掺杂量对其结构和磁性的影响。X射线衍射测试表明Co1-xZnxFe2O4成相良好,结晶随烧结温度增加而愈加完善。经400℃热处理2h的Co0.7Zn0.3Fe2O4晶粒尺寸由谢乐公式计算为8.57nm。利用振动样品磁强计研究其静态磁性,结果表明,Zn2+掺杂量对Co1-xZnxFe2O4磁性有显著影响,Zn2+含量越高矫顽力越低,同时饱和磁化强度越大,当x=0.3时,矫顽力仅为1352.82A/m,磁化强度为42A.m2/kg,实现了CoFe2O4从硬磁性到软磁性的转变,可作为潜在的高频软磁材料。Co1-xZnxFe2O4 doped with different amount of zinc were prepared by the chemical co-precipitation method,and the influences of doped zinc on structure and magnetic properties of cobalt ferrite were studied.The average grain size of Co0.7Zn0.3Fe2O4 was 8.566nm at the 400℃ for 2h,which was calculated from X-ray diffraction data according to Scherrer's formula.Static magnetism of Co1-xZnxFe2O4 was investigated by vibrating sample magnetometer.Great changes have been found in magnetic properties with the degree of zinc substitution: the value of saturation magnetization increased with increasing of Zn2+ ion contents,while the coercive force decreased.When x=0.3,the coercive force was only 1352.82A/m and the saturation magnetization was 42A·m2/kg,which realized transition of CoFe2O4 from hard magnetic to soft magnetic,so it can be considered as potential soft magnetic materials at high frequency.
