孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿轻中度持续性哮喘88例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿轻中度持续性哮喘的临床疗效。方法 选择88例轻中度持续性哮喘患儿,随机平均分为两组,对照组（44例）给予布地奈德气雾剂治疗,观察组（44例）在对照组治疗的基础上加用口服孟鲁司特钠片治疗。两组均连续治疗3~5个月,治疗结束后观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况,并定期随访观察复发情况。结果 观察组总有效率为93.2%,显著高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.01,P〈0.05）。观察组出现轻微腹痛1例,对照组出现咽喉不适2例,两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。随访6~18个月,观察组复发率为2.3%,显著低于对照组的13.6%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.11,P〈0.05）。结论 孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿轻中度持续性哮喘临床疗效确切,无明显不良反应发生,可以很好的降低远期复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of montelukast in the treatment of 88 pediatric patients with light,moderate persistent asthma.Methods 88 patients with pediatric patients with light,moderate persistent asthma were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（44 cases） was treated by budesonide aerosol.On the bases,the research group（44 cases） was treated by montelukast soudium tablets.Both groups were treated 3 to 5 months.Clinical effect,untoward reaction happening and recurrence problems were observed.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 93.20%,which was significantly higher than ehat of the control group （χ2=6.01,P〈0.05）.There was no difference of untoward reaction between two groups （P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate of the research group was 2.3%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group （χ2=7.11,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast soudium tablets on pediatric patients with light,moderate persistent asthma has good clinical efficacy,low recurrence rate and it is an effective treatment for light,moderate persistent asthma,which is worth to be promoted in clinical.
