摘　　要：集装箱运输在进出口海运方面具有很大的优势,针对推土机传统整机出口海运方式成本高的问题,提出推土机采用SKD(Semi Knock Down)半散装件集装箱发运的方式,以降低运输成本。通过对推土机整机各部件的装配关系及相关尺寸进行分析,确定整机拆解原则,选用集装箱,确定并优化整车拆解方案,采用摞装方式进行SKD装箱方案设计,以实现推土机SKD集装箱发运的目的。There is a big superiority to ship import and export contained CE SKD parts. In view of traditional whole bulldozer shipment at high cost we recommend to adopt an SKD ( Semi Knock Down) way instead, for lower freight. We analyzed bulldozers components in terms of their mutual relationship and dimensions before defining the knock-down principles, containers selection, optimizing the knock-down alternatives for the whole machine, and finally, adopted a stacking way for the SKD parts in a container, thus realizing the abovementioned objective.
