摘　　要：继电保护装置的正确动作率是衡量安全生产的重要指标。如何提高继电保护装置的正确动作率 ,一直是调度通信系统的重点技术难题之一。基于光纤通道和微波通道的大量普及应用 (即PCM设备的应用 )和这两种通道能克服电力载波高频通道中的主要缺陷出发 。The correct action rate of the relay protect equipment is one of the most important point of safety in production.How to promote the right action rate of the Relay protect equipment is the most important and difficult problem of the power dispatch and communication system.Based on microwave communication technical and optical communication technical(PCM equipment) are largely adopted,a new logic correct relation was proposed to promote the correct action rate of the high frequency relay protect equipment.
