XS1000i全自动血细胞分析仪与镜检法对ITP患者低值血小板计数的比较

摘　　要：目的用XS1000i全自动血细胞分析仪对特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者低值血小板计数与镜检法计数进行比较。方法选取73例ITP患者血小板计数小于50×109L-1的静脉血标本,采用电阻抗法全自动血细胞分析仪计数血小板,并与显微镜手工计数进行比较。结果仪器法与手工法计数血小板比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),仪器法计数大多数偏低。结论电阻抗法全自动血细胞分析仪对低值血小板计数的准确性相对手工计数法有偏差,建议初次就诊的ITP患者用手工法核实血小板计数。Objective To compare the low-valued platelets counts in the patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP） determined by the XS1000i automatic blood cell analyzer and the microscopic examination.Methods The venous blood specimens fom 73 cases of ITP with low-valued platelets（PLT50×109 L-1） were colletecd and detected the PLT counts by the fully automatic blood cell analyzer（impedance method）,and the results were compared with those detected by the microscopic examination.Results There existed statistical difference in the results of low-valued platelets counts between the instrument method and the manual method（P0.01）.The most resuls of low-valued platelets counts measured by the instrument method was on the low side.Conclusion The accuracy of low-valued platelets counts detected by the impedance method fully automatic blood cell analyzer has bias relative to that by the manual counting.So it is suggested that using the manual method verifys the Plt counts for newly diagnosed ITP patients.
