摘　　要：目的建立护肝宁胶囊中虎杖苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定虎杖苷含量,实验条件为色谱柱:kromasil C18柱;流动相:乙腈∶水(25∶75);检测波长:306 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min。结果虎杖苷浓度线性范围为12.8～102.4μg/mL,相关系数(r)=0.999 9,回收率为99.04%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.02%。结论该法简便、可靠、重现性较好,能起到控制护肝宁胶囊中虎杖苷含量的作用。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of polydatin in Huganning Capsules.Methods Polydatin in Huganning Capsules was determined by HPLC,using kromasil C18 column as the chromatographic column,acetonitrile-water（25 ∶ 75） as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 306 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The linear range of polydatin was 12.8-102.4 μg/mL.The correlation coefficient（r） was 0.999 9.The average recovery of polydatin was 99.04% and RSD was 1.02%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and repreatable,which can be used for the determination of polydatin in Huganning Capsules.
