摘 要:目的观察低流量单肺通气对患者体温的影响。方法选取40例开胸手术患者,随机分为A、B两组,每组20例。A组为低流量单肺通气组,B组为常流量单肺通气组。单肺通气时A组的氧流量为1 L/min,B组氧流量为3 L/min,在单肺通气前(T1)及单肺通气15(T2)、30(T3)、45(T4)、60(T5)min时记录鼻咽温度。结果 A组患者单肺通气45、60 min时体温均较单肺通气前下降(P<0.01)。B组患者单肺通气30、45、60 min时体温均较单肺通气前下降(P<0.01)。B组患者在单肺通气30、45、60 min时体温比A组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论低流量单肺通气与常流量单肺通气比较体温下降幅度较小。Objective To observe the influence of low flow one-lung ventilation(OLV) on body temperature.Methods Forty ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients undergoing prolonged OLV during elective thoracic surgery were randomly divided into two groups:group A(n=20) and group B(n=20).In the group A,oxygen supply was administered with 1 L/min during OLV.In the group B,oxygen supply was administered with 3 L/min during OLV.Nasopharynx temperatures were measured before OLV and at 15,30,45,60 min after OLV.Results Nasopharynx temperature was significantly reduced after 45,60 min of OLV in the group A and after 30,45,60 min of OLV in the group B(P0.01).Comparing with the group A,there were significantly reduced nasopharynx temperatures after 30,45,60 min of OLV in the group B(P0.01).Conclusion Comparing with normal flow one-lung ventilation,there is less influence on nasopharynx temperature during low flow one-lung ventilation.
