微波消解法测定中药腊梅花提取物中活性组分槲皮素的研究

摘　　要：目的：石油醚萃取干扰物,经微波消解测定腊梅花中槲皮素的含量。方法：分光光度法,酸性条件下水解消解液,三氯化铝显色,415 nm处测定槲皮素的含量。结果：线性范围0.0~14.0μg/mL（γ=0.9994）,平均回收率97.97%,RSD=2.83%（n=5）。结论：方法操作简单,提取率高,结果可靠,重现性好,可用于腊梅花的内在质量控制。Objective： To determine the content of Querencein in Flos mume after extracting and removing some interference matters with petroleum benzene by microwave digestion method.Methods： Making choice of Aluminum chloride as colouring agent by spectrophotometry and determinating the content of Querencein under 415 nm Results： The linear range is between 0.00 to 14.0 μg/ml（γ=0.9994）.The everage recovery is 97.97%.RSD2.83%（n=5）.Conclusion： This method is simple.The extracting ratio and presicion is high.This method can be used as controlling the quality of Flos mume.
