摘　　要：目的:了解贵州省3个国家级性病监测点医务人员性病报病知识现况,为今后我省建立健全性病监测网络,提高性病报病质量提供科学依据。方法:在都匀、兴义、铜仁市3个国家级性病监测点24家医疗机构/性病监测管理机构,随机抽取117名性病专业人员,采用匿名自填方式进行问卷调查。结果:平均不及格(57.15)。性病监测防治机构专业人员测试分最高(79.32分),私立医疗机构专业人员测试分最低(38.24分)(P<0.05)。参加过培训的专业人员测试分(60.94分)高于未参加过培训的专业人员(49.55分)(P<0.05);对传染病报告卡的病例分类及监测病种,尖锐湿疣、生殖器疱疹、生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的诊断分类,梅毒与淋病的实验室检测知识不够熟悉。结论:应加强医疗机构专业人员性病报病相关知识的培训,提高培训覆盖率,建立再培训机制。培训内容除要有疫情报告相关技术外,还应包括5种性病的卫生部行业诊断标准及相应的实验室检测技术。Objective ：To understand the current STD reporting knowledge level among medical workers in surveillance areas in Guizhou Province and to enhance the quality of the reporting system of STD.Methods：An anonymous questionnaire survey regarding STD knowledge was given 117 medical workers coming from hospitals and centers for diseases control in Duyun city,Xingyi city and Tongren city.Results： Taking 57.15 as an average passing score,the participants who came from centers for diseases control had got rather higher scores,which were recorded as 79.32,the participants who came from proprietary hospital had got rather lower scores,which were recorded as 38.24（P0.05）,Participates in the training of professionals test scores than did not participate in the training of professionals（P0.05）.They had insufficient knowledge about the case classification of infectious disease report card,monitoring diseases,Case classification of condyloma acuminatum,genital herpes and Chlamydia trachomatis infection,the laboratory knowledge of syphilis and gonorrhea.Conclusions： Strengthening STD reporting knowledge training is needed for medical workers,improving the coverage o Training and establish the repeated training system is needed too.The contents of training should include STD diagnostic criteria,and the laboratory of STD,in addition to basic information of STD reporting knowledge.
