社会保障学:挑战、定位与发展——基于学科建设的视角

摘　　要：理论范式缺乏夯实的学科基础、研究范畴缺乏清晰的学科边界、知识体系与课程体系设计的科学性有待提高,是我国社会保障学学科发展面临的挑战。作为一门新型的交叉综合型学科,社会保障学应立足自身多学科的基本特质,厘清学科边界、优化学科内涵,凝练有机统一的研究方法体系,规范化、清晰化学科知识体系与课程体系建设,提升师资队伍建设水平,健全复合型应用型高级管理人才培养体系,立足本土,瞄准国际化,多方面定位其发展方向。The lack of compacted studies foundation of the theoretical paradigm,the lack of clear disciplinary boundaries,and scientific knowledge systems and the design of the curriculum system needs to be improved is the challenge faced by China's social security science development.As a new cross disciplines,social security should be based on the basic characteristics of its own multi-disciplinary,to clarify the disciplinary boundaries,optimization discipline connotation;condensed organic unity of the research methodology;to standarlize,clarify the subject knowledge system and the Curriculum System;to enhance the level of faculty building;to improve the composite applications of senior management personnel training system;and its orientation should be based on the local,aimed at the development direction of internationalization.
