摘　　要：说明了消防员电梯与消防电梯的概念问题；指出了消防员电梯与建筑物火灾时所有乘客电梯、载货电梯的紧急返回指定层功能的关系及区别；讨论了消防员电梯与耐火层门的关系；梳理、汇总了建筑设计防火规范对消防员电梯设景、消防员电梯对建筑物的要求、消防员电梯参数等的特殊要求。This paper discusses many issues in relationship with the firefighters lift such as the fire emergency return travel, the fire resistant landing door, the main landing, the evacuation level, the fire service access level and the first floor etc. It introduces the requirements of the code for building design fire protection for the firefighters lifts set, the firefighters lifts requirements for the building and the firefighters lifts parameter and the current situation and trend of this code.
