摘　　要：阐述了住宅电梯的定义和范围，说明住宅电梯是指公用住宅中的公用电梯；介绍了与住宅电梯有关的ISO标准．电梯产品国家标准及国家建筑设计规范；给出了住宅电梯与一般用途的乘客电梯的区别；讨论了住宅电梯运送担架的必要性和重要性，以及运送担架对电梯的要求：汇总了住宅建筑中电梯设置的有关标准要求，设置住宅电梯后对建筑物本身的要求，特别是建筑隔声的设计要求；分析了当前住宅建筑中设置住宅电梯时常见的问题。This paper introduces the definition and scope of residential lifts and its relative ISO standards, national standards and the national building design rule, discusses the importance to be able to carry out stretchers for residential lifts and its requirement to residential building, especially the requirement of the sound insulation for buildings. Also the paper analyzes common problems of setting up residential lifts in residential buildings at present.
