马缨丹提取液对杨梦尼夜蛾和春尺蠖的活性测定

摘　　要：以甲醇、乙酸乙酯、氯仿和蒸馏水为溶剂获得4种马缨丹提取液,并以杨梦尼夜蛾和春尺蠖幼虫为受体,对其进行了拒食和触杀活性的测定。结果表明:乙酸乙酯提取液(100 mg/mL)对杨梦尼夜蛾和春尺蠖幼虫拒食活性最强,蒸馏水提取液次之,甲醇和氯仿提取液在4种提取物活性最差;马缨丹4种溶剂提取液对杨梦尼夜蛾和春尺蠖具有一定的触杀作用,但活性均不高。Four extracts were obtained from Lantana camara with carbinol, ethyl acetate, chloroform and distilled water. Their insecticidal activity and activity determination against Orthosia incerta and Apocheima cinerarius was determined. The results showed that insecticidal activity of the extract with ethyl acetate （100mg/mL） was the most evident, Distilled water extract take second place, carbinol and chloroform were worst. The insecticidal activity of 4 extracts from Lantana camara against Orthosia incerta and Apocheima cinerarius were not significant.
