摘 要:论文探讨了降低集中绕组无刷直流电机噪声的方法。齿槽转矩为这类电机重要的噪声源,为此分别提出了增加定子槽与转子极的最小公倍数和增加软磁性槽楔来降低齿槽转矩的方法,并采用有限元法进行了分析验证。结合工程实践,对6槽4极结构的无刷电机进行了试验测试,测试结果表明增加软磁性槽楔使得电机噪声从70 dB降到了45dB左右,取得了明显的降噪效果。Methods to reduce noise of the concentrated-winding brushless-DC motor was discussed.The cogging torque is the important noise source of this kind of motor,so two methods to reduce the cogging torque was proposed,the first is to raise the least-common-multiple(LCM) of the stator-slot number and the rotor-pole number,the second is to add soft-magnetic slot-wedges.Both methods were analyzed and verified by the finite-element-method(FEM).With engineering practice,a 6-slots 4-poles brushless DC motor was tested.The results show that adding slot-wedges for the motor reduces the noise from 70dB to 45dB,which made obvious effect of noise reduction.
