摘　　要：本文系统分析了中国农民专业合作社的融资需求、结构和面临的困境。在对现有农民专业合作社融资文献回顾总结的基础上,提出一个契合我国农民专业合作社特点的理论框架,对当前我国农民专业合作社内源融资和外源融资"双约束"的困境进行了解释,并进一步选取当前我国农民专业合作社融资创新案例,对信用(或担保)合作融资和嵌入农业产业链融资这两种重要模式进行剖析。最终,本文提出缓解我国农民专业合作社融资难题的诸多方案。The article makes systematic analysis on China’s farmer cooperatives in terms of their financing demands,structure and challenges.Based on the review of the literature about farmer cooperatives,the article presents a theoretical framework catering to China’s farmer cooperatives.By making explanation on the current 'dual constraints' of both internal and external financing,it analyzes the two modes of financing,credit or guarantee financing and built-in financing in reference to the updating cases of China’s farmer cooperatives.The thesis concludes with suggested plans to deal with financing difficulties of farmer cooperatives in China.
