摘 要:隧道掘进机破岩的主要工具是刀圈。分析了刀圈常见失效形式,选取了2种刀圈,用直读光谱仪测定其成分,通过金相和透射电镜比较其显微组织,用维氏硬度计和冲击试验测定了硬度和冲击功。刀圈一的硬度约为700HV,冲击功2~3J;刀圈二的硬度大于530HV,冲击功30~40J。比较了其生产工艺的不同,提高材料的纯净化、均匀化和细化晶粒,优化热处理工艺,刀圈材料在满足高硬度要求时可保证高韧性。Disc cutter rings are the principal forms of failure of the cutter rings were TBM parts for rock breaking. The common analyzed. Two different cutter rings were selected to analyze the chemical composition by direct reading spectrometer, the microstructure of which were compared by OM and TEM, the hardness was measured by Vickers hardness meter and the impact energy was measured by the impact test. For ring 1, the hardness was about 700 HV, and the irrlpact energy 2--3 J. For ring 2, hardness) 530 HV, impact energy 30- 40 J. Caparison was made between the technological processes of the two different rings. By improvement in purification, homogenization and grain refinement of the material and optimization of the heat treatment, high toughness of the rings could be obtained while maintaining high hardness.
