摘  要:武钢炼钢总厂二分厂对高磷钢冶炼工艺进行优化,通过转炉脱磷原理分析,减少熔剂加入量,降低终渣碱度和w(FeO),达到高磷出钢降低成本的目的,平均出钢w(P)达0.044%,熔剂、合金消耗大幅度降低。Optimization of steelmaking technology was made in No. 2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO in high phosphorus steel making process. Based on analysis of the principle of dephosphorization, the amount of flux addition was reduced to lower final slag basicity and w(FeO) for tapping of heat with high phosphorus content, thus to lower the production cost. The average tapping w(P) was as high as 0. 044 %, and consumption of flux and alloy was considerably reduced.
