摘  要:提出现有变电站通信业务的需求及传统电路交换系统不能满足业务发展需求的问题,通过分析软交换技术及其优势,设计利用软交换技术建设变电站一体化IP调度系统的方案。一体化IP调度系统改变原有程控交换的方式,采用分组交换的方式,将变电站的语音调度、视频调度、多媒体调度等业务通过一套调度系统实现一体化整合。该系统解决了传统电路交换不能承载多媒体数据业务的问题,实现变电站多媒体数据业务通信,简化网络结构,节省人力和物力投资。The requirements of existing substation communication service and the problem of traditional circuit switching can not adapt service development demand are put fl^rward. According to analyzing the soft switching technology and its advantages, the assume of Integration IP Dispatch System based on soft switching technology is designed. Integration IP Dispatch System changes the traditonal switching mode, adopts the packet switching mode, The communcation services including voice dispatching, video dispatching, multimedia dispatching etc, are intergrated into one set of dispatching system. This system solves the problem that the traditional circuit switehing can not carry multimedia data, realizes the multimedia data service in substation communication, predigests the network configuration, saves the man power and material resources of managenment and maintenance.
